The second stage of FM practice: Why we call it practice?

There is certain reason we name it practice. Based on the research, it is time to put the theories into practice, and taking actions to prove our theory, given that only written knowledge tested in practice is true knowledge. This is the main task for the second stage of FM practice, and time to see the result.

In order to better the practical approach on our theories, the second stage FM practice have made many improvements based on the previous courseware. And we have established various plans and goals for the practice, which covers all four major areas the Huawei experience store involve, include brand image, service experience, team and sales. The FM practice gained great feedbacks from all participated members of Huawei for its excellent courses and rehearsal sessions, and was noted in Huawei’s internal publication.

Action is carried out after the theory is learnt

FM applied their knowledge in practice and organized two offline rehearsal activities: "Sound of Love" charity, which helps them to improve during the process of working with different departments and vendors; “Colorful Athletic “micro charity, was aimed to let more people know Huawei and recognize its innovation and breakthrough in mobile phone and other technology product. These two activities reinforce the impression of that Huawei is a brand who cares about its customer and eager to be innovative.

Later we interviewed some of the trainees from FM practice. They said that the instructor would explains all the concepts of experience store and other theories systematically, for every knowledge point, instructor would combine their own working experiences as example, and conduct rehearsal on stage for everyone to participate, and many other ways for them to learn and practice at same time. It gives them great opportunities to learn and understand the methods of solving all problems in real life work, which enable them to progress much faster than it would take before.
