Bold exploration of retail market in Southeast Asian

Instead of advertising, promoting and channel constructing, for all products, how to successfully generate sales is the ultimate goal in every business. While trying to vary product distribution channels, reaching as many consumers as possible is the only way to make the former one meaningful, for getting closer to our consumers is the key to ead the market in retail industry.

Huawei recognized the significance of retail development more quickly than others might have,hence continued expanding into global market and increasing market share in retail stores, with a special focus on Southeast Asian market at current stage. As a partner of Huawei’s, LaurelsScent conducted comprehensive researches in the market, aiming at Huawei’s dominant role of electronic retailers in SEA.Our team e visited Thailand, Burma, Sri Lanka and Vietnam respectively as our sample countries At the first stage.

Various conditions in economy, politics, geography etc. contribute to distinctive retail environments in these countries. Our challenge lies in the establishment of a new guideline applicable to all retail market, along with specific implementation methods in terms of different circumstances in different countries.
