Project Requirements

In recent years, HUAWEI is developing rapidly in its terminal marketing. With the rapid expansion of market in various regions, the success of the operation of HUAWEI retail stores became the very cornerstone of constructing HUAWEI B2C brand Architectures. In order to achieve the strategic goal of brand stores in the aspects of branding, product experiencing, scale, and quality, and to improve service performance, HUAWEI needs to construct a professional operation team who has both a solid ability to operating a store and an excellent skill to deliver an unforgettable image of store and our brand. Therefore, the Field Master were created and became a necessary member of our team.

Solution

Based on the requirements of the operations of stores from HUAWEI, we formulated a 10 months systematic training curriculum for HUAWEI to create numbers of excellent field masters for HUAWEI stores effectively. With our 10 years of industry experiences and first hand experience we got from past classic cases, we believed that our training method of utilizing both practical and theoretical practices will always help our trainees to get the best out of them.

We separated our practice tour into three phrases. The first and second phrases were mainly processed by lecturing and field practicing. In the third phrase, the selected talents will have the opportunity to be the trainer for new hires to carry out next round of training, and helped to perfect the self-circulation of system.

As of June 2016, Field Mater Practice Tour has finished two times, our third tour for HUAWEI is about to begin.

Achievements Exhibition

Field Masters utilized what they have learned during the tour, and planned the charity event that was named “Singing for Love”, and improved their skills and abilities after collaborated with various departments and suppliers.
